Refund & Dispute Policy

At High Country Hydronics, we are committed to providing high-quality heating services and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the event that a service does not meet your expectations, we have established the following refund and dispute policy:

1. Refund Policy

  • Service Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess the issue and correct the work at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if the repair or replacement cannot be performed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Prepaid Services: If you prepay for a service and choose to cancel before it has been rendered, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable costs (such as equipment costs & associated restocking fees) or administrative fees incurred up to that point.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Dispute Resolution

  • Initial Concerns: If you have concerns regarding the service you received, we ask you to contact us directly at 970-495-9023 or [email protected] within 7 days of the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Mediation Process: If we are unable to resolve the issue directly, we will suggest mediation to help reach a fair resolution. Both parties will agree on a neutral third-party mediator, whose services will be shared equally.
  • Legal Action: In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication or mediation, both parties retain the right to pursue legal action in accordance with local laws and regulations.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Emergency Service Fees: In cases where emergency services are requested outside of regular business hours, a non-refundable emergency service fee may apply.
  • Custom Orders: Services involving custom parts or equipment, such as special-order heating units, are non-refundable once the parts are ordered or the service is rendered.
